Frequencies: The Key to Well-being, Love, and Self-Healing

Published on 13 October 2024 at 08:05

When I decided to name my boat Torus, it wasn’t just a name. It was a symbol of something greater—of the energy that surrounds us and propels us forward, just as the wind drives a boat. The torus represents a natural energy cycle that never stops, and just like this flow of energy, I began to realize how essential frequencies are for our health and well-being.

This is the story of how I discovered the power of frequencies and how they helped me heal myself when I was at my lowest. It wasn’t just a path to recovery but the first step toward personal growth and well-being—and perhaps most profoundly, how frequencies play a role in love and relationships.

What Are Frequencies?

Frequencies are essentially vibrations that occur when energy moves. We are all surrounded by frequencies—from sound waves that we hear to the electromagnetic fields within our bodies and around us. Research shows that certain frequencies can positively affect us and create balance, while others can lead to imbalance and disruption.

The frequencies we are exposed to daily affect us more than we often realize. Sound waves, light waves, and even the electromagnetic frequencies from the technology we use every day influence our bodies and minds. In the best case, these frequencies can contribute to our well-being; in the worst case, they can cause stress, anxiety, and illness.

My Journey to the Bottom and How Frequencies Helped Me Rise Again

A few years ago, I found myself in a place where I was both physically and mentally broken. I felt trapped in a body and mind that no longer worked, and the medication I took to manage my mental health left me numb, disconnected from myself and the world around me. It was as if I could no longer feel life’s frequencies. On top of that, I developed tinnitus after my first medication—a constant tone of around 6000 megahertz that followed me everywhere.

It was then I made a pivotal decision: I would move aboard my boat Torus and try to find my way back to myself. I knew something had to change within me. I wanted to feel life’s energy flows again.

As I weaned myself off the medication, I began treating myself with frequencies through headphones—sometimes for hours on end. It was a slow process, but I could feel something within me shifting. The more I exposed myself to these healing frequencies, the more I began to regain my mental and physical balance. Eventually, I was able to leave the medication behind completely. The frequencies, along with the rhythm of the sea and the wind propelling Torus forward, became my healing force. This marked not just the end of a dark period but the beginning of my journey toward personal growth and greater insight into my own well-being.

The Healing Potential of Frequencies

Research into sound and frequency therapy points to specific frequencies having a healing effect on the body and mind. For example:

  • 432 Hz: Known as the "universal frequency," this frequency is said to promote relaxation and harmony with nature’s rhythms. Many find music tuned to this frequency calming, helping to reduce stress.

  • 528 Hz: Called the "miracle frequency," it is believed to aid in DNA repair and restore balance to the body. Research has shown that this frequency can affect cells on a fundamental level and contribute to healing.

These and other frequencies have been used for thousands of years in different cultures to promote healing and well-being. In my case, they became an essential tool in regaining balance after feeling mentally broken.

Frequencies and Human Interaction

But frequencies aren’t just something we hear or experience through technology. They are also something we emit and receive from one another in our daily interactions. When we say we feel “good vibes” or “bad vibes” in a room, what we’re really sensing are frequencies. Every person emits energy and vibrations based on their emotions and mental state, and we are unconsciously influenced by these when we interact with each other.

I’ve always been sensitive to this. When I enter a room, I can sense whether the atmosphere is positive or negative, and it deeply affects me. It’s as if people’s energy fields interact with my own, and their frequencies can change how I feel. That’s why I believe so strongly in the importance of face-to-face conversations, especially in today’s digital world.

How Digital Communication Blocks Us from Frequencies

Today, we live in a time where we communicate more than ever through text—via email, SMS, and social media. But in this text-based world, we lose something essential: the frequencies and energies that can only be conveyed through voice and physical presence. When we speak to someone face-to-face, we can feel their energy, hear their tone of voice, their breathing, and pick up on all the subtle cues that text can never convey.

This is why relationships can start to drift apart when communication decreases. When two people stop talking to each other, they stop vibrating on the same frequency. Instead, they begin to vibrate differently, and over time, this creates an emotional distance that is difficult to bridge.

Frequencies and Love: When Two People Harmonize

Frequencies play a particularly significant role in relationships, especially when you meet someone you fall in love with. When two people meet and are attracted to each other, it’s not just an emotional connection—it’s also a synchronization of frequencies. When you’re close to someone whose frequency harmonizes with yours, you feel a deep bond. It’s as if both of you are vibrating in the same rhythm, and you feel in tune with each other.

Love, in its purest form, is when two people’s frequencies flow freely between them, amplifying each other’s energy. In these moments, everything feels effortless, as if you are both part of the same energy field. Being in such a relationship can be incredibly healing, as it creates a sense of harmony and balance that affects both body and soul.

However, just as frequencies can synchronize, they can also drift apart. If two people stop communicating or begin living in different life rhythms, their frequencies may start to differ. That’s why relationships can feel strained or distant when communication fades. When the two frequencies no longer harmonize, a sense of disharmony arises, which can weaken the relationship.

Understanding how frequencies work in relationships has given me a new perspective on love. It’s not just about chemistry or emotions—it’s a deep energetic exchange that can create a powerful connection between two people.

The Nature of Intelligence and Frequencies

I don’t believe that intelligence is determined by how many degrees we’ve earned or how many books we’ve read, but rather by the mechanisms we’ve opened up in our lives. Frequencies affect us just as growing up in a chaotic, noisy environment can block our path to knowledge and understanding. Constant exposure to noise or disruptive energy can hinder our ability to tune into the frequencies that foster learning and wisdom.

It’s worth noting that many individuals considered highly intelligent grew up as only children. This isolation may have allowed them to develop a heightened sensitivity to the subtle frequencies around them, rather than being overwhelmed by chaotic external influences.

Intelligence, in this sense, is not a measure of accumulation, but of attunement—how well we are able to align with the frequencies that foster growth, understanding, and creativity.

How Frequencies Helped Me Regain Balance

Moving aboard Torus was my salvation. Being surrounded by the sea’s frequencies, the wind that pushed me forward, and the sound therapies I used created an environment where I could reconnect with myself. I began to feel the harmonies of nature again, and through this, I was able to heal both mentally and physically. I found that we are constantly surrounded by frequencies that can help us feel better—if we choose to be open to them. This was only the first step in my journey toward a richer and more fulfilling life.

The Importance of Frequencies for Health, Relationships, and Growth

My journey has taught me that frequencies play a crucial role in our well-being, our relationships, and our personal growth. They are not just something we experience through music or technology; they are all around us—in nature, in our bodies, and in our communication with others. Frequencies have the power to heal us, especially mentally, if we are only willing to listen and tune into them.

Looking back on my time aboard Torus, I realize how important that symbolism was for me. Just as the wind drives the boat forward, we are constantly surrounded by energies and frequencies that can help us move forward in life. Understanding and using these frequencies has been an essential part of my recovery and growth. It was the first step, but a significant one, and I look forward to continuing this journey to discover even more ways that frequencies can contribute to a richer and more balanced life.

But my understanding of frequencies extends beyond my own healing and influences how I view relationships. When we fall in love with someone, our frequencies synchronize. A deep bond is created that is based on more than just feelings—it’s about harmonizing energy. When two people’s frequencies flow in sync, a state of profound connection and well-being is achieved. This can be one of the most powerful and healing experiences in life.

The power of frequencies is immense, and we can all learn to harness it—in our journey toward better health, in our relationships, and in our personal development. By being aware of how we vibrate, both within ourselves and with others, we can create a stronger sense of harmony in our lives.

Aboard Torus, I discovered how frequencies are not just abstract concepts but real and tangible forces that can change our lives. That’s where I started my journey, and it’s a journey I believe we can all begin if we choose to open ourselves to the energies that surround us every day.
